I wanted to love it, but it's way overpriced. There's a reason slices aren't on display. My sister-in-law ordered a slice of the key lime, which was pretty basic and quite small. I expected a little extra unique flavor, and I ordered a slice of the smooth operator. When they were getting my order, I thought the pie was pre-sliced, but when I looked over, it looked like a tiny sliver had been removed from the pie. I was like, there's no way my slice is gonna be that small. Obviously, it wasn't a sliver, but it was way smaller than I expected. That was definitely not worth $8, the chocolate-to-pretzel ratio was just not doing it for me, and I love all things chocolate and all things pie. I mean, the pie was good. The pretzel crust and chocolate are a great combo, but I wouldn't come back. Other reviews show that the portions are all different. I'd suggest pre-slicing to provide equal portions. I was pretty disappointed.

A fun place to get some yummy desserts in Deep Ellum. The menu offers a variety of pies and all of them look tempting. Our group ordered different pies and we got to get a taste of everything. They were all delicious. Loved the Bonnie & Pie’d. The pies are made fresh with clean ingredients. The establishment offers limited seating and the decor is inviting and comfortable. Service is fast and to-go orders are packed well. Overall a wonderful place to enjoy some desserts. Not a cheap option for sure but you get value for the money you pay. Definitely recommend visiting the location.

This quaint little dessert restaurant is in the heart of the Bishop Arts District. They don’t have a large selection like you would expect from a specialty restaurant, but what they do have is really delicious. Very rich. The decorum is pretty bare bones, so don’t expect a whole lot of stimulation when you’re eating your pie, which I guess for some is a welcomed experience. But the presentation of the pies is Just lovely.

The location is very nice, clean, and welcoming, and the service is excellent attentive without being overbearing. The staff does a great job making you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. The pies themselves are decent and clearly made to be very rich and indulgent. However, considering the price and the relatively small portion size, it did bring my overall rating down a bit. While the flavor is good, the value doesn’t quite match the cost. Also, unlike many places that serve desserts this rich, they don’t offer water, which would really help balance out the sweetness and heaviness of the pies.

👍🏽👍🏽 Superb. Simply superb. RUN DONT WALK to snag the 🍫🥨🥧 chocolate silk with pretzel crust, Smooth Operator, before they sell out. $8.66 and worth every g-dang penny! One of the best pies I’ve ever had. Clean bathrooms. ✅♿️ wheelchair accessible ramp to enter + SO MUCH INDOOR & OUTDOOR SEATING!! Come to the neighborhood for pie, stay for the vibe of the amazing stores nearby. A perfect Sunday afternoon? I think it might be.
